Abstract

The Beaver Dam Mountains are located in the southwest corner of Utah about 18 mi (30 km) west of St. George (Fig. 1). The range is bisected by U.S. 91 and has well-maintained, graded roads suitable for passenger cars along the eastern side of the range.
