I have read with great interest T. L. Bear’s “Where is the Youth in AAPG?” in the February 1973 Bulletin. I think he has hit the nail on the head. However, I have a few other comments I would like to add to the overall problem of youth in AAPG and the academic-petroleum industry relation.
