Oil occurs in fractures in the upper part of the Tertiary section and in fractures and pores of the upper part of a thick series of volcanic tuffs in the upper Triassic Victor zone. The stratigraphy (Triassic, Tertiary, and Quaternary), surface and subsurface structure, geologic history, and character, occurrence, production, and further possibilities of oil are discussed.
