C. S. Corbett is to be commended for arranging for written discussion to accompany his original paper. We feel that such procedure should be made a general practice, particularly in the publication of controversial subjects. The net result goes far toward consolidating literary effort that would otherwise be so widely distributed as to lose much of its value.
