Meyer of the Atlantic Refining Company, Shawnee, Oklahoma, brought the writer graptolites in well cores from the State’s Taylor well No. 1, center of SW. , SW. of Sec. 31, T. 9 N., R. 21 W., Beckham County, Oklahoma, from zones at depths of 9,106–9,107 feet and 9,111 feet, and included a copy of the well log and notes giving characteristics of some of the zones.
